We Did It: Local Circuit Named to the 2026 Informa MSP 501 “MSPs to Watch”

We’ve got some news we’ve been sitting on, and today we finally get to share it: Local Circuit has been named to the 2026 Informa MSP 501 “MSPs to Watch” list.

We’re proud of this one, and honestly, a little humbled by it. So let us tell you what it is, why it matters, and why this recognition really belongs to the businesses and communities we get to serve every day.

What is the MSP 501?

If you’re outside the IT world, “MSP 501” probably doesn’t mean much, so here’s the plain-English version.

The MSP 501 is one of the most respected rankings in the managed IT industry. Every year, managed service providers from around the world are evaluated on how well they actually run their business and serve their clients, things like growth, recurring revenue, profitability, and the maturity of the way they deliver service. Making the list is a recognized mark of a well-run, high-performing IT company.

The “MSPs to Watch” list is a related honor with a forward-looking twist. It highlights the firms showing the momentum, discipline, and trajectory to become the industry’s next leaders. In other words, it’s a short list of the companies the industry expects big things from next, and we’re honored to be on it.

Why this matters for our clients

Here’s the part we care about most. Awards are nice, but they only mean something if they translate into better service for the people who count on us.

We built Local Circuit to bring enterprise-grade IT management and cybersecurity to the organizations that keep North Texas running,  growing small and medium-sized businesses, local municipalities, and public-safety agencies right here in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These are teams that genuinely can’t afford downtime, and many of them carry serious security and compliance obligations on top of everything else.

That’s shaped how we work from day one: proactive monitoring and patching, layered security on every endpoint and inbox, backups that are tested before you ever need them, and documented processes so nothing depends on one person remembering how something works. For our government and public-safety clients, we treat compliance as its own bar to clear, because “it works” and “it’s compliant” are two different things.

Being named to the MSPs to Watch list tells us we’re building the right thing, the right way. And it’s a signal to the businesses considering us that they’d be partnering with a firm the broader industry has flagged as one to watch.

This one belongs to you

We’ll be straight with you: this recognition isn’t really about us. It’s a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the standard you hold us to.

Recognition like this is earned in the quiet wins,  the patch that goes out before a vulnerability gets exploited, the backup that’s already tested when disaster strikes, the ticket that gets closed right the first time. Every one of those moments happens because a client trusted us to handle their technology so they could focus on their mission. So to every client, partner, and team member who got us here: THANK YOU. We don’t take it for granted.
